Lion  Mountain  Studio  is  proud  to  present  it’s  debut  single,  the  Sierra  Sisters  with  ‘Shake  It’.  
 
Having  arrived  in  Australia  in  2004  from  their  home  in  Sierra  Leone,  sisters  Yarrie  (17)  and  Isata  (16)  have  been  attending  writing  and  production  workshops  at  Lion Mountain  Studio  since  2010,  where  the  track  was  written.

Lion  Mountain Studio, a  community  project  initiated  and  controlled  by members  of  Sydney’s  Sierra  Leonean  community.  The  project  was  devised  to  assist  people  from  Sierra  Leone  and  other  African  communities  gain  access  and  training  in  music  making  and  recording,  with  the  long  term  goal  of  building  the  community’s  own  capacity  for  creative  expression. 

All profits go towards supporting the project and artists involved.
